To create an account and enable cloud sync, tap the account icon in the app and select "Sign Up." You can register with your email address or sign in with Google or Apple. An account is only required if you want to sync your plants across multiple devices.
If you use Potted without an account, your data stays on your device. If you create an account for cloud sync, your data is securely stored on our servers and encrypted in transit. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Open any plant and tap "Add Reminder." You can set reminders for watering, fertilizing, repotting, or custom care tasks. Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals) and your preferred notification time. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Yes. Go to Settings and select "Export Data" to download all your plants, reminders, and journal entries. Your data is exported in a portable format that you can keep for your records.
Go to Settings, then Account, and select "Delete Account." You'll have 90 days to change your mind and recover your data. After 90 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can also email us at [email protected] to request deletion.
The free version includes core plant tracking features: adding plants, setting reminders, keeping journal entries, and uploading photos. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features like unlimited plants, advanced statistics, and priority support.
